so do i, as i suspect do most ppl who keep track of pete's life but aren't quite as hung up on the pete/carl narrative. for those who still ARE hung up on it, as i was in the early 2000s, carl is everyone in pete's songs. salome, the tray, oscar wilde himself, etc.

it probs bugs both of them, especially carl.
